Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. What is the minimum required version of AD/TXK For 12.2.10 upgrade

We are in 12.2.6 and planning to upgrade to 12.2.10 .

Upgrade Doc suggested to apply latest Delta patches , but we dont want to move from delta 11 specially for AD/TXK.

We are having issue with few customizations with AD/TXK Delta12 .

Can we apply 12.2.10 patches on top of our existing AD/TXK Delta 11 version .

Do we have any official note ID or recommendation from Support.
