Advanced Pricing Cannot see MODLIST Qualifier Attribute 7 in 12.2.9 2558455.1

in Advanced Pricing - EBS (MOSC) Question

We are upgrading to 12.2.9 and one of the improvements, per the above article 2558455.1 is that there is a new qualifier attribute to take advantage of.

However, When I log in with the Oracle Pricing Manager, I am unable to see this attribute.

Have you ran into that?
