Error when applying patch 34012040

in Oracle Weblogic Server (MOSC) 1 commentAnswered

I am applying patch 34012040 and receiving the following error below. I have updated Opatch to latest version, installed the latest version of Java 1.8.331 too. All Oracle services were disabled before applying the patch. I checked the log mentioned below, but didn't find anything useful. How do I resolve this?
