What is needed to enable Online FullLoad after installing ECC

Hi,

On a fully working ECC V7 Installation need to test Online FullLoad option.

Have updated EccConfig.properties parameters:

ONLINE_FULLLOAD_ENABLED=true

ONLINE_FULLLOAD_DATASETS=icx-catalog

ONLINE_FULLLOAD_STAGING_LOCATION=/u01/backup

Re-created env with $ECC_BASE/Oracle/quickInstall/createEnvFile.sh

Bounched ECC.

Still Users are getting error "Can't query the collection icx-catalog now as it is being constructed" during run of icx-catalog FULL_LOAD.


Is more needed? Bounch EBS?

Is the ONLINE_FULLLOAD not working if only running FULL_LOAD for a single dataset?
