Performing a functional upgrade to 9.2
Hi all
Can anyone help with the procedure/stages/steps to conduct a functional upgrade from a finance perspective. What we are looking for is a topdown look as to the way to proceed. Are there any documents you can share on the procedure
as an example '
Review current procedures i.e what parts of all modules in use are used
Document any customizations
Review any customizations to ascertain if the upgrade's base functionality can now handle this etc
If anyone out there has ever done this can you assist us please
