Open for Table F03B13 failed

Hi

Client is on JDE 9.0

While voiding the customer receipt from P03B102-->Row Exit-->Void/Delete, getting an error "Open for Table F03B13 failed, Table F03B13 couldn't be opened, Table may not exist in your environment".

Table very much exist and we can see the record in F03B13/F03B14 as well.

Appreciate if any of you have come across with this issue, with a resolution?
