BEA-000503 - Incoming Message Header Or Abbreviation Processing Failed with Bad Abbreviation Value

Receiving this error in SOA logs for version 12.2.1.4, however on checking on oracle documentation Doc ID 1981952.1, I found that there are patches till version 12.1.3.0.0. Has anyone in 12.2.1.4 version of SOA faced this issue and any resolutions or patches available.
