Prompt Table Lookup

I am exploring the possibility of creating a page where students can select a campus event to attend, among other things. I currently have a custom page that uses the CAMPUS_EVENT_NBR field. I created a view that limits the events to those they can choose from. On my page, the CAMPUS_EVENT_NBR is a Display Control Field and the DESCR is the Related Field, with the custom view as the record. The Show Prompt Button is also checked on the Related Field.

I am not getting the desired results, and all campus events are displaying in the Look Up Event ID prompt. The Related field was originally set to use the delivered CAMPUS_EVENT_VW record, and those are the lookup results I am still seeing.  What am I missing? We are on CS 9.2, PUM 24.
