New item subclass created in JAVA not showing up in Webclient

in Agile (MOSC) Question

In Agile 9.3.6, I have created a new Item Subclass. I've added the new subclass to the Discover criteria and removed one that is no longer needed (disabled that subclass), created a new Create privilege and corresponding criteria, and disabled the one no longer needed and assigned the privilege to the correct role.

When I get into webclient to try to create New, the disabled subclass still shows and the new subclass does not show.

What have I missed?
