Can Agile 9.3.6 database server be virtual?

Hi

We have Agile 9.3.4 running on virtual servers except from the Database, that is on physical servers. We are looking into an upgrade to 9.3.6 and would like to know if the 9.3.6 database can run on Virtual servers?
