Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Cant connect to ULN servers

Hi, I am trying to register various systems to ULN but uln_register returns the error

"We can't contact the unbreakable Linux Network Server..Double check the location provided https://linux-update.oracle.com/XMLRPC"

I have tried this from various systems and also from official Docker images for 7.9 and 8.5

If I connect to the URL (https://linux-update.oracle.com/XMLRPC) from a browser i get a "401 Unauthorized: SysHeaders missing required attribute"

NOTE: I have direct internet access, there is no proxy involved

Does anyone know what the correct URL is for me to register my systems to ULN or whether there is an issue currently with the ULN service?
