PeopleSoft 9.2 Fluid - How do you stop Life Events from hitting multiple Benefit Records?

Our school is live with Benefits Administration, 9.2 PUM 42 and we use multiple Benefit Record Numbers per employee.

We are now testing Self Service Fluid eBenefits. The delivered Life Event templates (e.g. Marriage) have shown when the employee clicks the Start My Enrollment button in Self Service, the system automatically creates an event on all of the person's Benefit Record Numbers. The events go straight to OnDemand/Prepared/PrepNone Status - there is no row inserted in the BAS Activity table first.

Is there a way to stop this from happening? The event should only be created on the Benefit Record which is flagged as Primary.
