R470412 Colombian Localization Taxas are not calculated for EXR1=C

When I run the process R470412 in 9.2, the application apparently calls several Colombian BFs, but in table F76CUI02 (Taxas) the amounts $ are zeros..... but rates are ok!........ if I run the process for the same voucher, but with EXR1 = V all amounts an rates are well calculated in F76CUI02, I saw BF B76C0013, B76C0009 and B76C0007 but I do not see nothing wrong.
