Patch 28831618 for AIX dated May 6, 2022 8:40 PM (Friday) didn't work for me.

This overlay patch usually fixes the problem with each released v19 RU of:

VKTM running at (100ms) precision


The <<EXPECTED>> (after patching) result is;

VKTM started with pid=5, OS id=66060588 at elevated (RT) priority

2022-04-28T09:55:18.409777+10:00

Starting background process GEN0

2022-04-28T09:55:18.442539+10:00

VKTM running at (5)millisec precision with DBRM quantum (100)ms


I see two other downloads of this patch have occured - can you PLEASE post here if it worked for you (with the patch dated May 6, 2022 8:40 PM)?
