Greetings,

I want to download the latest April patch for my Oracle Database 12c Standard Edition Release 12.2.0.1.0 - 64bit Production. But this time the download icon was not enable i dont have idea why. please find the attached pdf which i copied the picture of my account and the issue for dowload.
