Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Hello,

Can I build a RAC with one node on IBM POWER8 and another node on POWER9 ?

i.e.

Oracle Grid+RDBMS 19C

AIX 7.2

RAC 2 nodes on 2 LPAR, one on an IBM POWER8, the other on a POWER 9

Would this configuration be supported by Oracle ?
