Is there any way to apply PSU patch without downtime in a RAC cluster ?

We have 3 node RAC cluster Primary side and another 3 node RAC cluster in DR side.

This is 11.2.0.4 Database version on AIX

We want to apply PSU patch in this database. 11.2.0.4, Oct 2020 PSU patch ( the last PSU patch on this database version).

Now, What we understand that it must needs a downtime in the database when you run "catbundle.sql psu apply" command or "utlrp" command post patch apply. This has be run in "Restricted/upgrade" mode.

So, application can not connect during this time.

So, the question is that is there any way to apply PSU patch without this downtime?
