Database 12.1.0.2 on Supercluster (Sun Sparc Solaris)

Patch 33691684: MERGE REQUEST ON TOP OF DATABASE BP 12.1.0.2.220118 FOR BUGS 18485835 19665139

We applied this patch on top of the Jan database bundle patch this weekend. After the patch was applied, but before datapatch was run, we noticed that there were some data dictionary objects missing, because we had packages that would not compile after patching. This is an EBS editioned database so the public synonym OBJ relies on USER_EDITION_INHERITED_OBJECTS. Doing a search for all data dictionary objects with 'EDITION' in the name, we saw 5 objects were missing compared to the databases that did not have this patch applied.
