What changes r required for changing charge type from PO Receipt to PO Move for open job orders

We need to change the charge type from PO Receipt to PO Move for all Open Work Orders. Therefore we need to update charge type in Resource, Routing and Open Job Orders, is there any API or any script available for the same.
