Oracle Client package for Pro*C compiler - RHEL 8

Hi,

We are migrating the application server from HP-UX to RHEL 8 platform. So we done almost everything but our source code in Pro*c language. So we have to recompile everything in RHEL 8 server. Now we need Oracle client package with Pro*C compiler.

Can any one please let me know which version of Oracle client is suitable for Pro*C compilation. Please share the downloaded URL location. And we already to install Oracle client 18.5 but it does not have the Proc*C compiler. So please share the Oracle client software to resolve the problem.
