Oracle 19c on RHEL, Database Patching & Datapatch with MULTIPLE instances on same ORACLE_HOME.

My apologies, I've been out of the DBA technical work for a few years, but have started back on 19c and datapatch is new to me. If I have multiple instances running on the same ORACLE_HOME install, do I run opatch three times or just once? Do I run ./database -verbose three times or only once? Do I run opatch and datapatch for each instance?
