Update Tax Rate Code and Tax Status Code in e-Business Tax

The tax rate code and tax status code have been defined incorrectly (only the names and codes) in e-Business Tax, and now there is a need to change it. They have been defined since 2013 and now we have lots of transactions with this tax code. Is it possible to update the tax status code and tax rate code manually or through a script supported by Oracle as this needs to be updated shortly in line with direction from tax authorities in Singapore?
