"Lag at Chkpt" in Extract status shows "unknown"

Hi,


In "info all" output from GGSCI, "Lag at Chkpt" of EXTRACT process shows "unknown", as below.

Program Status Group Lag at Chkpt Time Since Chkpt

MANAGER RUNNING

EXTRACT RUNNING EXT1 unknown 00:00:00

REPLICAT RUNNING REP1 00:00:00 00:00:00


What is the reason? Correct way to resolve?


OGG version: 19.1.0.0.0

OGG is configured as downstream integrated extract and replicat.

Source and target database are both Oracle 19c on Linux.
