Advanced Warehouse management - Picking

We have a requirement to configure system to warehouse pick other than Primary or Secondary UOM, in the event of item being dual enabled.

In our system we have UOM conversion as defined below

1 Pallet(PL) Equal 2 Bundle (BN)

1 Bundle(BN) Equals 4 Slits (SL)

1 Slit(SL) Equals 1400 linear meter(LM)

We have a requirement create order in bundles and process the picking, we see weird behavior, like line not getting split properly, after pick confirmation Order quantity getting up to primary UOM.

Note ** : Primary UOM set in the item is Linear meter (LM) and Secondary is Slit(SL)

Any advise on the picking guide lines in case of dual enabled item would be helpful
