Controlfile backup issues

Hi All,

My databases are 19.14 2-node RAC soon to be patched to19.15, we are facing this controlfile backup issue, we can just rerun the backup and it works fine sometimes and it doesn't others, we have to stop doing those backups and start a fresh backup for it to work and it's been happening quite frequently and in random databases. Here is the issue:
