Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Hello,

Has anyone had any luck removing a Document from the Approvals Tile (EOAWMA_MAIN_FL) after the Benefits Instance has been deleted?

We are unable to Approve or Deny the Attachment since the related PTAI AG is missing.
