Getting error on silent 13c release 3 configuration on linux box

Hello,

Getting a strange error on from the following command:

$OMS_HOME/sysman/install/ConfigureGC.sh -silent -responseFile $OMS_HOME/response/newinst_emrepdev.rsp

The error is:
