Configure PURGE TRAILS / PURGE TASKS in Admin Service 21.3

I am trying to automate the deletion of old trail files in 21c Microservice Architecture. Is there documentation for configuring Purge Trails and Purge Tasks in the Administration Service Configuration for 21c Microservice Architecture?

Is it possible to use AdminClient to configure old files? Admin Client reference has PURGE EXTRACT but states "can only purge these files after the Extract is deleted and no longer using any of the files."

Source and target databases are 19c
