unable to update the project Name at the Projects form

hello

in oracle 12.1.3 when try to update any field, like name , long name, start or end data, description, status , any project field, I got the error

FRM-40654 Record has been updated Requery block to see change

it is displayed 1 time, when I try to change the status it is displayed 6times

it is only happening for a couple of projects

I try from Menu Edit/Edit Field option for those name desc or long name, got the same error.

have you seen similar issue?

I already validated there are no leading nor trailing spaces at character fields with this query, also no errors at the Diagnostic report for the Project.
