What is the step to cleanup the catalog database in Global Data Services ?

I am looking for the steps to cleanup/remove the catalog database from the Global Data Services. I had tried "delete catalog" and "remove gsm".

When I try to create a new catalog, it throws an error:

ORA-45531: This database is already in another Global Data Services (GDS) framework.

and,

when I add any gsm to it, it throws an error :

ORA-03739: The specified database is not configured to be a catalog

Am I missing any step ? Please help me with the step to cleanup the catalog DB from the GDS framework.
