Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Hi Team,

We have upgraded our Siebel Config from IP14 to IP21.7. There is an EAI Operation which we are performing in the WF .In the WF, we have a

EAI XSLT Service --> Transform Method Step which has the inputs.

Below is the Error which we are getting :

Error invoking service 'EAI XSLT Service', method 'Transform' at step 'Transform response'.(SBL-BPR-00162)

Business Service call returned error code IDS_RESTOB_XSL_ERR1 and message: java.net.MalformedURLException: no protocol: CUSTBCP_GACCTBLN_Rs(V009)
