Our current production database is using Oracle 11.2.0.2 Enterprise Edition and has approximately 400GB of data on a RHEL 5 server. We also have a physical standby database in the configuration using Veritas VCS cluster pairs.

We have purchased new Servers running the latest release of RHEL and I have installed Oracle Enterprise Edition 19.3, created the primary database and have created a physical standby database.

I now need to copy the data from the current production database (version 11.2.0.2) into the 19.3.0 database.

What is the "BEST" choice (RMAN, data pump, clone, etc) for migrating the data from the old production database (11.2.0.2) to the new production database (19.3 with the latest patch)?
