Is it ok to install WebLogic SPB on Enterprise Manager Cloud Control OMS server?

We are patching our 13.4 and 13.5 OEM systems and I downloaded the April 2022 WebLogic SPB to patch the 12.2.1.4 WebLogic installed on our OMS server that is integrated with OEM. I applied it successfully in our development system and everything started back up ok.

However, in taking a closer look at the README and after finding some of our own old documentation where we installed just the WLS PSU, I started having doubts. Is it ok to install the SPB? Any reason it would be a bad idea?
