Why can't I add a child Global Activity Code to the hierarchy in P6 Web

Hello,

I have all the user privileges to add Global Enterprise Data (I am an Admin), but unfortunately, I am unable to add a child activity code on level two. This is strange behaviour. It does work in P6 Pro, so I successfully added a child activity code through this application.
