Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. I installing Oracle Client 12C 32bit on windows 10 Chinese x64 , but the set up cannot pass the step 1, the installation hagging . Plz Help me
