Deleted materials from WorkOrder

Good day,

Could you please suggest how we can find the materials that have been removed from a Work Order after it has been released? Do we have this information in database tables?

The question concerns exactly those materials for which a move order has not been created yet.

System version is OeBS 12.2.7.
