Web ADI- Document managemnt- Incomplete download of document

We have an issue in EBS- HRMS Prod and Non Prod instance where when we try to download a word document using WBE ADI responsibility -> document management ,

The document does not open as it gets downloaded partially. This is intermittent. How can we trace the incomplete download of document from EBS env?

The module is documentloadAM

/oracle/apps/per/adi/documentLoad/webui/AdiDocManPG 120.0.12000000.2

We have raised SR with Oracle but it is not progressing and total disappointment, so far they have no clue.

We tried BNE trace, but it doesnt generate trace for download operation.

This issue is occurring only in EBS R12.1 two node App and 2 node DB RAC.
