Can we close Trade Management claims?

Hi All,

We have a requirement from business to close old claims, basically it would be loss for business but that's okay.

We reached Oracle to provide a data fix which closed the claims but when we check at AR source level in Trade Management the claims statuses against receipt is showing as OPEN.

Can we close that status as well? Even we tried using Claims Auto write off program same thing happened claim got closed but at AR source level in Trade Management claim is still open.
