Fluid Delegations MSS Delegation collection - How do I enable the fluid landing page?

We are currently working on a client upgrade from HRMS 9.1 to HCM 9.2 PUM image 41. I am investigating the Fluid Delegation tile collection that can be added to a Manager's Self Service Homepage. I believe that a fluid landing page exists (EODL_LANDING_FL) as it is mentioned and displayed in the PeopleBooks Entreprise Components document but I see no evidence of it within the Fluid dashboard collection of tiles. Is there something we can enable to add the landing page to our Delegation tile collection? Would this appear as a new tile? We would also be interesting in
