Dock ID and Shipment Numbers

Using 9.2. Customer Service is asking for help in getting different DOCK ID (DKID) to create a separate shipment number.

They have demand from customer that contains three lines for instance. Two lines are going to Dock 1 and the third line is going to Dock 3.

They would like this difference to generate a new shipment number, because they cannot be shipped together. I know the list of fields that create a new shipment number, and I know this is not one of them, but does anyone have any advice on how to make this work?
