Resource Loaded schedule with different Resource "curves". Not loading back up?

Hello,

I have a Master OPC Schedule with a portfolio of projects (large/mid/small) with different Resources/Rates. I customized a Resource curve to fit our organizational spend.

When I apply the customized curve to a resource in one project in the portfolio it calculates and spreads costs across that schedule, no problem.

However, when I apply the customized curves to multiple resources in different projects, OPC re-calculates successfully, however, then gets hung up "Loading Activities". When I refresh the screen OPC removes the customized curve.

No error messages, just does not want to "Load Activities" again.

If you have seen this before, please let me know what is causing this.
