Hello All,

Has anyone had any issues applying Patch 34064058: Oracle Enterprise Manager 13c Release 4 Update 16 (13.4.0.16) for Oracle Management Service?

For example:

Any issues after applying the newer version of OPatch and OMSPatcher?

Any steps applying the EM patch that should have be done differently?

Is it possible to ugrade from 13.4 to 13.5 without applying this patch?
