Add to new OLVM - Dire warning on adding Disk

OLVM 4.4 on OL-8.5

KVM on OL-8.5

I replaced my OLVM box, was adding my sole KVM host back to it and ran into a DIRE warning, can I disregard and go ahead ? These are both brand new deployments on fresh boxes.

- added existing KVM host ( with VMs ) to the default domain

- KVM added it ( don't activate, don't reboot )

now when I go to the Storage New Domain the Drive on the KVM is seen, I click add, and then
