Oracle SBC is not passing the 180 RINGING to the downstream SIP Server.

Hi

We have seen a peculiar problem with Oracle SBC not forwarding the 180 RINGING message down stream after the initial reliable 180 response from service provider being addressed correctly and PRACK was generated by the SIP Server. The subsequent 180 RInging from the service provider are not forwarded to Genesys by one of the SBCs in the Call Flows

Genesys SIP Server -> Internal SBC -> External SBC -> Service provider - first reliable provisional response works , follows 3262 RFC

next 180 RInging

From Service Provider -> External SBC -> internal SBC (it stops here) never goes to Genesys SIP Server
