Is it possible to create revision of Sales Order with the help of FBDI?

I am trying to update line level EFFs for Sales Order which is in awaiting billing status with the help of spreadsheet SourceSalesOrderImportTemplate.

Whenever I am importing above Sales Order with the help of spreadsheet system is throwing following error :

Order 1984 was not imported because it contains a record with entity Lines Extension Interface, which cannot be associated with its parent entity in the order hierarchy.


Is it possible to create revision with the help of FBDI sheet? If it is possible , please can someone guide me.
