in Unified Inventory Management (Communications Industry) (MOSC) Question

Dears,

Good day.

Kindly be informed that when we enter a serial number in asset workbench video (for example: A301FA06505017BED), the form returns two serial numbers (A301FA06505017BED, A301FA06505017BEd).

knowing that each serial number related to a different asset number.

Is there a way to handle the case and make the form returns only the needed search criteria
