How to handle inactive dependents in PeopleSoft 9.2 Base Benefits

Good morning----

I have a question for the community. Does anyone have a method to inactivate dependents in Base Benefits? If so, can you provide some high-level details please? Because there is not an active/inactive indicator on the dependent/beneficiary table, these inactive dependents continue to show under the employee's medical plan and are being picked up on our ACA 1095C forms.
