What is the best way to encrypt TNS Communication between Oracle Client and database server?

Currently working an effort to ensure TNS communication between Oracle clients and database server is encrypted. Wondering what is the appropriate method to accomplish this. Can this be accomplished via certificates, Oracle wallet, etc? If using certificates to accomplish the TNS encryption, can a single database on a multi-database server be targeted or would all the databases on the server be affected by the encryption.

Any help/suggestions on this is greatly appreciated.

Thank you.
