Frequency Rules Not Working for Terminating Employees
We are on Oracle Payroll vs 12.2.10. We use Frequency Rules on our flat-amount deduction elements to keep them from processing in the third period being paid in a month, Period Type Bi-Week, Date rule Regular Payment Date. Pay_action_parameters FREQ_RULE_WHOLE_PERIOD value is R.
When an employee is terminating during a pay period that is the third period paid in a month, deductions that should not be deducted during that period are being deducted. Employees who are active during the period do not have the deductions taken, appropriately.
Has anyone else seen this, or have a solution?
