need to change Transaction Type for Manual Inventory Replenishment

I am using Warehouse Management , I would like to change the Transaction type for all manual Inventory Replenishment so it will be differentiate with Putaway and Picking confirmation Transaction as currently we have standard common type as IQ.

So I did below setup but still its still updated as IQ only in CARDEX file . So let me know , did i missed any respective setup .

Changed the Document Type in P46100 Version


While doing Transaction , the new document type is appearing and its also updated as ZQ in F4602 .

But in Item Cardex file , its appearing with IQ ,


Let us know , do we have any specific setup
